SoloPro is a startup online market place aimed at helping home buyers purchase agent services at a fraction of the cost and save money at closing.

The Challenge: Take readily available research and create a best-in-class mobile experience for homebuyers by giving them complete power over the real estate process, and for small business agents by connecting them directly to consumers.

Personas:

  • Homebuyer: Technologically sound person who is or soon will be in the market for a home. Doesn’t yet want to commit to signing with a realtor, but would like to choose specific options of home buying process.
  • Part-time Professional: Professionals who may not offer full service options, but can meet a-la-carte needs of clients. Lawyers, part-time agents, stagers, photographers, etc.
  • Brokerage Firms/Agents: Full service firms who want to offer clients packages at a reduced rate.
